FN4 Soccer is a boutique agency. We take on a small number of players and give each of them the time a longer client list makes impossible.
A playing career is short, and mostly decided by a handful of moments — a renewal, a move that either fits or does not, a season spent on the bench. Those moments deserve someone who has read the paperwork line by line and will tell a player what they actually think, not what is easiest to hear.
We keep the roster deliberately small. Everything else — the data, the contacts, the contract templates, the relationships — exists to serve that short list of players properly.
How we work
Small books, on purpose
We cap the roster. If we cannot answer a client's call the same day, we have too many clients.
Honest assessments
We would rather lose a signing than tell a player they are something they are not. The market finds out eventually.
The player owns the plan
Every decision is explained, written down, and made by the player. We advise; we do not steer.
All representation agreements are filed with the relevant national association and comply with FIFA Football Agent Regulations.
