A boutique agency of four, deliberately small, working with players who want a plan rather than a promise.
Built by people who worked inside clubs
FN4 Soccer started in 2014 with one client and a simple observation: most players are advised by people who have never sat on the other side of a negotiating table.
Our team came out of club recruitment, sports marketing and the dressing room itself. That means we know how a sporting director actually builds a squad, how a commercial department values a face, and how it feels to be twenty-two and told you are surplus to requirements in a two-minute meeting.
We keep the roster deliberately small. Everything else — the data, the contacts, the contract templates, the relationships with academies across fourteen countries — exists to serve that short list of players properly.
How we work
Small books, on purpose
We cap the roster. If we cannot answer a client's call the same day, we have too many clients.
Honest assessments
We would rather lose a signing than tell a player they are something they are not. The market finds out eventually.
The player owns the plan
Every decision is explained, written down, and made by the player. We advise; we do not steer.
