The right move is rarely the biggest badge. We shortlist clubs on projected minutes, tactical fit, coaching stability and pathway — then run the process properly: approaches, medicals, personal terms and announcement.
Boot deals, apparel, brand campaigns and personal content. We structure image rights so value compounds across a career instead of being traded away in one season, and we say no to partnerships that dilute a player's standing.
The unglamorous work that decides careers: performance data reviews, rehab coordination after injury, tax and financial referrals, family relocation, language support, and planning for what comes after playing.
The process
You send footage, current contract status and what you want from the next three years. A licensed agent reviews it personally.
We analyse your data, watch full matches rather than highlights, and give you an honest read on your realistic market.
A written twelve-to-thirty-six month plan: target level, contract timing, what needs to improve, and who we will speak to.
A signed mandate, filed with the relevant federation. From that point we negotiate, communicate and execute on your behalf.
Representation is commission-based and agreed in writing before any work begins. Youth players are never charged to be assessed.
